1)  Simple Present Tense
Aktif : S + do/does + not + V1
Pasif : S + to be (am, are, is) + not + V3 + by + O
Example:
 Aktif : Elisa doesn't read the book
 Pasif : The book isn't read by elisa
 Aktif : I don't wash the motorcycle
 Pasif : The motorcycle isn't washed by me

 2) Present Continuous Tense
Aktif : S + to be (am, are, is) + not + V1-ing
Pasif : S + to be (am, are, is) + not + being + V3 + by + O
Example :
Aktif : Nadia isn't cooking the meat
Pasif : The meat isn't being cook by nadia

3. Present Perfect Tense
Aktif : S + have/has + not + V3 + O
Pasif : S + have/has + not + been + V3 + by + O
Example :
Aktif : Akmal hasn't written the book
 Pasif : The book hasn't been written by akmal
 Aktif : He haven't written the book
 Pasif : The book hasn't been written by him

4. Present Perfect Continuous Tense
Aktif : S + have/has + not + been + V1-ing + O
Pasif : S + have/has + not + been + being + V3 + by + O
Example
Aktif : She hasn't been reading the novel
Pasif : The novel hasn't been being read by her
Aktif : Ika haven't been washing the bicycle
Pasif : The bicycle hasn't been being washed by ika

5. Simple Past Tense

6. Past Continuous Tense

7. Past Perfect Tense

8. Past Perfect Continuous Tense

9. Simple Future Tense

10. Future Continuous Tense

Pengantar Management, 4 elemen dalam suatu perusahaan

Nama Perusahaan : PT Lintas Kumala Abadi, Complek ruko enggano no 11K Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara

Assalamualikum WB.
Disini saya akan memberikan sedikit informasi soal perusahaan yang berada dalam bidang Jasa Pelayaran yang memiliki 4 Elemen yaitu Kekuatan, Peluang, Kelemahan, Ancaman yang secara langsung saya input dari narasumber.

4 Elemen dalam Perusahaan Pelayaran

• Pertama adalah kekuatan, menurut nara sumber kekuatannya kita harus bersaing dengan           perusahaan yang lain karena kita bergerak di bidang jasa, yang dapat memeberikan pelayanan sebaik mungkin untuk dapat memajukan nama perusahaan yang sudah ada.
• Kedua adalah peluang, perusahaan dapat mencapai nilai yang tertinggi saat semakin ekonomi bertambah baik perusahaan juga ikut bertambah, karena barang yang dikirim keluar masuk semakin banyak terutama export dan import yang dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam bidang export dan import.
• Ketiga adalah kelemahannya penempatan jabatan pada perusahaan tidak sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki sebagai contoh kepala operasi yang kurang paham masalah lapangan dan armada kapal yang seharusnya dapat diatur sesuai kemampuannya, karna sebuah keahlian sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah perusahaan yang mengutamakan penggunaan pada jasa, akibatnya banyak tenaga ahli yang tidak dapat bekerja dengan baik, walaupun pendidikannya lebih tinggi dari tenaga ahli yang sudah mahir.
• Keempat adalah ancaman, ancaman untuk perusahaan terutama ada pada bag marketing, bag marketing harus bisa menarik ekspedisi-ekspedisi sebanyak mungkin yang dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan armada yang bagus dalam suatu perusahaan pelayaran, acaman yang paling besar adalah kalau perusahaan ditinggalkan expedisi, bisa saja hal yang buruk terjadi yaitu bangkrut atau gulung tikar yang dapat mengakibatkan perusahaan menjual semua saham dan kapal-kapal milik perusahaan karna harus melunasi hutang-hutang kepada para ekspedisi.

Demikianlah informasi yang dapat saya sampaikan dalam 4 elemen perusahaan yang harus diketahui yang berasal langsung dari nara sumber.

my plan is would go to Borobudur with family, but before leaving we certainly want to be taken to prepare, many people said in the Borobudur attractive tourist spot for families, and in borobudur have many fancy shops
Borobudur is a history of Hindu and Buddhist,
Borobudur is also very famous monument in the world, many foreign and local travelers who enjoy a holiday there.
me and my family want to have holiday in borobudur :)

me and family are racing to climb the top of Borobudur, we took pictures and enjoyed a wonderful time together,

Travel to ancol

Hot day, but sunny vacation trip to Ancol is a great option for families, why many people are choosing ancol as a tourist?

because there are a lot of entertainment suitable for families, friends or couples, ancol there was plenty of choice dufan rides and beach, seaword, large swimming pool, and much more fun for family travel.

For those of you who want to know the location of ancol could follow this map ;)

When keancol you should not pass vehicle named dufan, because there are so many games that are fun, I and my family visited dufan and there are very many facilities that make you happy, no one windmill rides, white water rafting, palace dolls, windmills -mill and most favorite was the Tornado and Roller coster

Our whole family enjoyed time together, playing with a fun game and take pictures, if you are a foreign visitor, dont worry about the language because there dufan have a translator to make you be more clear about this vehicle, but do not have to use a translator is also not a problem, because you are there goal to play and have fun instead of like on the tour, hehe

There we played almost all the rides, maybe not scary hehe, for you who are scared of the spooky rides you can really play perminan simple, such as prickly lala, then cup cup, doll palace,

And you also have to worry about going hungry ngak in dufan because they also provide a place to eat that is suitable for families, and places of worship, as well as toilet, you definitely want guaranteed, come to  dufan, I and the family is like that, we almost 6 times to dufan and I alone 7 times
